To ensure your comfort and safety throughout the journey, please prepare the following items:

1. Backpack:
Bring a hiking bag with a capacity between 50L to 65L. This size is suitable to carry all necessary gear without overloading.

2. Clothing Suggestions:
Pack light but adequately for changing weather. We recommend:

• 2 pairs of long pants – quick-dry and breathable

• 1 pair of short pants – for casual wear or river crossing

• 2 t-shirts – preferably dri-fit or moisture-wicking fabric

• 1 towel – compact and fast-drying

3. Footwear:
Use hiking, trekking, or sports shoes with good grip. Also bring a pair of sandals for camp use or water activity.

4. Personal Essentials:

• Personal first aid kit – include basic medication, bandages, and antiseptics

• Sun cream – to protect from UV exposure

• Headlamp or torchlight – essential for night-time use or low-light trails

• Optional: Extra canned or packed food if you prefer added comfort

Packing properly helps reduce fatigue and ensures readiness for various situations during the hike. Prepare early and check your gear before the departure day.

✅ Minimum requirement of pax must be at least 2 adults.

✅Company reserve to change the tentative Itinerary  without early notification due to many factors such as weather of the day, traffic and road safety.

✅Service by air-conditioned mini van, van or bus will depend on the number of visitors.

✅All rates mentioned are exclusive of Tourism Tax RM10 per room per night (for non Malaysian)

✅All of unused services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-deductible.

✅Full Charges will apply to no show or cancelation. 

✅Postponements of Trip: We need at least 1 Month any changes or postponements before trip commence date. Partially payment minus the deposit will be refund if cancellation at least 1 Month before trip commence date.

✅The booking is CONFIRMED once we have receive full payment except we mention it.

✅Any type of amendment is allowed 14 days before from the travel date with charge MYR 100.00 per person for management purpose.

✅Cancellation or amendment made after full payment received will not be refundable.

✅The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.
