✅For order less than 48 hours, the booking is subjected to Tourist guide and room availability. We will discuss any change with you on how we can make your tour success if change need to be made. Any refund is subjected to 10% management cost as last option of your booking.

✅Company reserve to change the tentative Itinerary  without early notification due to many factors such as weather of the day, traffic and road safety.

✅Payment is not refundable, however, we would like to give permission on Postponements of Trip: We need at least 3 days for any changes or postponements before trip commence date. We allow you to postpone at least 1 day for the health problem(need proof of MC).

✅The booking is CONFIRMED once we have receive full payment except we mention it.

✅Any type of amendment is allowed 14 days before from the travel date with charge MYR 100.00 per person for management purpose.

✅Cancellation or amendment made after full payment received will not be refundable.

✅The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.

✅The management has right to make any type of modification of the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational condition.
