we had a private driver for the outward journey probably because we traveled out of season, it was nice because we were able to take the necessary time for the visits

Comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.

    Food
The staff was understanding and cooked non-spicy dishes for us

    Activities
We were disappointed to discover on the day of the hike that the canopy walk had been closed for several months.

    Accomodation ok,
Dinner modest. If there was any better food, it run out and there was no Fill up. We went to another Restaurant despite Full Board.
No Alcohol available. If there is so, you could give cleare Note with booking. Not everyone is moslem or abstinent.
Safari Tours: It is mass processing!
All in all: Price Performance Ratio just like that.

Nice trip, Good food with good portion. Everything was fine. Just that there was a miscommunication between the driver & us (me & my friends with other 2 tourists). We expect that he Will pick up us after the night safari. But there was no one coming. It was stressful coz i only have Admin contact no which i believed he slept already that night. I also have hotel no But no one pick up the almost 10 calls that i made. Lastly i was asking around other guide & he gave me some no which helped us to get in touch with our driver. He came without apologize & when i nicely said we were waiting for half an hour without knowing whom to contact, he was kinda rude & loyar buruk. I was pissed off & raised up my Voice a lil bit. The next day, hotel receptionist gave me contact no and apologize to me. The other guy(driver companion) also did the same. So i was cool down & apologize to them as well coz being mad. I hope this thing Will not happened to other tourist. And luckily I’m a malaysian(others were all different nationalities). Thank you So much btw

The staff were well-organised and friendly. Premises were not super clean but acceptable for a rustic “camp” atmosphere. Activities were on time and well-managed. The only thing that really bothered me was the open-air burning. It is illegal to burn openly in Malaysia, especially in national parks, and yet the management continues to do this. I reported it to them but I did not see a change.
