Your Essential Packing List:

You’ll need to carry more than courage:

• 2 lightweight t-shirts, perfect for the humidity.

• 2 durable pants to weather the elements.

• 1 compact towel for those refreshing river dips. • 1 reliable pair of flip flops to rest your tired feet.

• 1 essential flash/torch light, because the jungle at night is a whole different world.

• 1 hiking bag (size 45L and above)—non-negotiable, your lifeline for this expedition.

✅For order less the 48 hours, the booking subjected to Tourist guide availability. We will inform you after the booking if guide is not available. If the tourist guides not available, we will either refund the booking or discuss to postpone to other day

✅Company reserve to change the tentative Itinerary  without early notification due to many factors such as weather of the day, traffic and road safety.

✅We can discuses on setting the meeting point outside Kuala Lumpur, additional surcharge be charge in accordingly

✅Service by air-conditioned mini van, van or bus will depend on the number of visitors.

✅ All rates refer in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) & exclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST)

✅All rates mentioned are exclusive of Tourism Tax RM10 per room per night (for non Malaysian)

✅All of unused services are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-deductible.

✅Full Charges will apply to no show or cancelation. 

✅Postponements of Trip: We need at least 1 Month any changes or postponements before trip commence date. Partially payment minus the deposit will be refund if cancellation at least 1 Month before trip commence date.

✅The booking is CONFIRMED once we have receive full payment except we mention it.

✅Any type of amendment is allowed 14 days before from the travel date with charge MYR 100.00 per person for management purpose.

✅Cancellation or amendment made after full payment received will not be refundable.

✅The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.

✅The management has right to make any type of modification of the itinerary or cancel a tour due to unforeseen operational condition.
