✅For order less the 48 hours, the booking subjected to Tourist guide availability. We will inform you after the booking if guide is not available. If the tourist guides not available, we will either refund the booking or discuss to postpone to other day.

✅Company reserve to change the tentative Itinerary  without early notification due to many factors such as weather of the day, traffic and road safety.

✅Postponements of Trip: We need at least 1 Month any changes or postponements before trip commence date. Partially payment minus the deposit will be refund if cancellation at least 1 Month before trip commence date.

✅The booking is CONFIRMED once we have receive full payment except we mention it.

✅Any type of amendment is allowed 14 days before from the travel date with charge MYR 100.00 per person for management purpose.

✅Cancellation or amendment made after full payment received will not be refundable.

✅The management excludes liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and shall not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belonging, illness, injury or death resulting from activities which are beyond the management control.
