This trip was very well organized, all the transfer, the stay and the activities. The jungle is amazing, the hotel is directly at the entrance of the forest, the stuff -everybody- very kind and helpful. We are grateful for this beautiful experience.
I loved everything of Tamen Negara. Especially the 2hours boating to Tamen Negara. It was very peaceful and calm among the jungle. We all three recalled that it was the most memorabe experience entire our trip.
I love the staffs who served fo us to have a perfect tour during our stay thank you all.
Booked this trip in December during rain season. Fortunately, I had no rain any of the days, but it seemed that I was the only guest in the camp, which was a bit awkward at dinner and lunch. Nonetheless, the team took good care of me and I got private guided tours (since I was the only one) which was great! Also the guide was really good with many years of experience. I can definitely recommend!
Since there is a lot of different partners involved in this tour, 1) bus from KL, 2) boat to the jetty, 3) boats enabling you to cross the river for park registration, 4) Asia camp transportation, 5) the guide, there can be some miscommunication and situations with uncertainty for the guest. However, the team is responsive via WhatsApp and helpful when asking. So, simply ask if any uncertainty.
We booked the 2d1n trip for Taman Negara and saw everything we wanted. The guide in Taman Negara was amazing and really tried to show us as many things as possible. Also the rest of the team in Asia Camp and the agency were amazing and always helped us. I would say sometimes there was lack of comunication and we didn’t know when should we go somewhere, but the team always knew what’s our schedule. You should just ask and trust them.
We reccommend this trip!
I took the Batu Caves + Elephant Sanctuary + Taman Negara package, it is worth the price! The ride picked me up at my residence to Batu Caves and was quite comfortable.
The only small downside was when I booked a room with the package at Asia Camp and 2 weeks later I was informed that there’s no room available. Please note that this isn’t any of CX fault but an SOP issue that management should seriously look into and to organise themselves better. Nabil was responsive, and professional that we managed to get a room + full board to make up for it !
Overall I’m satisfied with the trip, I would really recommend them. Good luck to the team and hope things will improve for the better! ☺️
